BUSINESS INTEREST CHECKING

For the business customer wishing to earn interest on their checking account.  Sole proprietors, non-profit organizations and governmental units are eligible for this interest bearing account.

	♦ No monthly maintenance fee if an average daily balance of $1,500 or more is maintained or a minimum daily balance of $1,000 or more is maintained.  If the average or minimum daily balance falls below that, the fee is only $8.75
	♦ A daily collected balance of $1,000 is required to earn a variable rate of interest
	♦ No monthly service charges for up to:
	♦ Unlimited number of deposits   ♦ 10 non-CSB deposited items per statement cycle (10 cents per item thereafter)   ♦ 30 checks/debits per statement cycle (18 cents per check/debit thereafter)
